  • the cradel wisny tht high im only 11 and ma cradels r perfect i go i think it is 8 feet in the air ha ha nd ma pal can get like 10 or sumfin

  • you can't go that high in a cradle from a lib extension lmao

    if that's what you're doing.. you're doing it wayyyy wrong

  • @playboy280 Uhmmm cradles only go about three or so feet from the bases hands, and that's doing good. You can't even get that high when you are going from libs, fulls, cupies, etc. Maybe you need to stop coming on the internet and lying about something you have no idea what you're talking about.

  • usually the heel stretch shouild be pulled to the front not the side...it shows more flexibility in the flyer.

  • pretty sure that sucked. our cheerleading team sucks and were better than that. you had no height of creativity what so ever.

  • @kandeerox NOt necessarily lying. Think about it putting your arms up you're about seven feet off the ground already. Then you think of the weight she has to be if she's only eleven. With those to consider that's how high your cradles should be from the top.

  • omq my cheer team in middle school did that but they were just half hellstretches or fulls

  • nice job girls... but a couple helpful tips...

    1. watch you legs on the backhandspring, they shoul be glued together! and also make sure your arms are locked out so you don't hit your head! :\

    2. fylers stay tight on the way up to lib, it will make it 10X easier for your bases.

    3. bases make sure your poppin' her with all you strenghth so she can get higher for full downs and double downs.

    4. shove harder at the bottom of the stunt :)

    nice work though! it can only get better!!

  • that was good, but flyers keep your foot glued to your knee. that was good! stay tight! :)
