Smile Like You Mean It - Acoustic Killers Cover (ft. Miatjie)

The Killers' "Smile Like You Mean It" acoustic and unplugged.

One of my favorite tracks off the album Hot Fuss. I've started listening to The Killers again when I picked up Brandon Flower's solo album "Flamingo". Unfortunately, Brandon's album is just so-so...hopefully The Killers return to their Hot Fuss sound on the new album.

So when I was in India last year, my buddy Frank bought me a harmonium for my bday. It's kind of like a cross between a pump organ and an accordion. It's also tuned to A=454, which means I have to pitch correct it when recording, and can't play along to songs from a CD :(

That wonderful singing voice is coming from my buddy Mia. She's from Australia and is great at putting together harmonies and making her videos look a lot cooler than my dirty room. Check out her stuff here: http://www.youtube.com/miatjie and tell her to make more videos!
