Stony Plain Industrial Building

This building is designed with Office space, shop space, and living quarters. There is a little bit of everything, including Stucco'd cladding on the front portion. There is a mezzanine, providing for office space, and living quarters in the first 40 ft. of the building. The drive through lean-to is actually fully lined with steel, although this animation didn't pick up some of the details, like cladding, and the balcony deck. This is a very slick design, with large open windows in the front, and notice the parapet breaking up the roof line across the front portion.
