the people living on the streets of philippines are poor compared to first world lifestyles, however, the entire archipelago is a gold bed but if you dig deeper it is sitting on biggest oil deposits in the world ...reach the bottom and you will get deuterium...that is the philippines..poor outside/top but rich inside/beneath....: > )

i heard many stories and seen many places and spend real big hard earned money ,,, for my own experience all this stories are an act of stupidity on whom ever believes this crap im a filipino, but not only filipinos are doing this shit thing,but there are also americans, british, autralians, koreans, who happened to be involve in scumming peoples money here in the philippines just like what you see in this video,,,these american people says that they are CIA whom happend to be in charge
