Just as the quote states, "Who will watch the watchers?" Who will these people be that monitor the chips? Who will be the ones watching over those selected few?
US isn't truly a Democracy, people need to realize the men with the money have the influence. Look at the electoral college, American Union act passed by Bush and etc. All of these were passed through our very eyes, without our consent.
A real democracy, is where the people have control, not the elites.
