Juice Fasting 101 (Daisy's Way)

a smoothie is not juice. you appear to have no idea what you're talking about and the fact that anyone would turn to you for advice is amazing since you dont even grasp the basic idea of what a juice fast is.

First of all, I never claim to be very knowledgeable about "juice fasting". I simply show what i do in this video. I clearly say that it's just HOW I DO IT. There are many different ways to do a juice fast... and many different reasons for wanting to do it. I appreciate your feedback but not your rudeness.

It's a Kodak EasyShare C633.... and my husband got it for me a few Christmas' ago, so I'm not sure on the price.  Works excellent though!!!

@rugratstar . This is not a detox at all. The sugars and processing in the three bottles of juice on your table alone will kill your detox. These types of videos are the worst because you sound like you know what you are talking about have a solid system planned out because of your certain attitude. But you are way off.

I've recently became a raw foodist and through my experience, it is better getting a juicer and buying fresh fruits and veggies in the produce section- and mostly veggies. You are taking in a lot of sugar. Also, it is best to buy raw honey, it costs a little more money but it's worth it. Plus if you want to detox, I like adding in my juices a green superfoods powder that contains wheatgrass. Hope this helps you and good luck!

I just wanna let you know that whenever it says pasteurized on the juice bottle, it is cooked. Pasteurized means cooked in order to preserve the food in the packaging.

Your video is VERY misleading, this is not fasting at all. What you did was FEAST. What you put in your smoothie(esp the juices) is not raw, nor unprocessed. You said you wanted to detox, to detox on whole fruit(not processed juice) it would take at least 2mths.Not to be rude but you said you did your research but it doesnt seem like it. The only reason why i am leaving a comment is because your GIVING ADVISE but not correctly!
