  • What are those flat, triangular things called? They sound INCREDIBLE!

  • @wado1942 Hi, Well it could be the Kyeezees (antique Burmese meditation gongs - used near the start) otherwise there are the inventions of my own - one with a flat base the other with a curved base called Trianguhermeezees and Pyrahermeezees respectively. These latter are made from the PAISTE 2002 bell metal. I created them in the late 1970s and, along with the Petalumines, have an incredible sound and sustain! You could check out my MySpace Frank Perry 111 where I have tagged them.

  • @mountainbellmusic

Thanks, I guess it was Trianguhermeezees. Great invention!

Ever think about rounding out your bronze collection with some drums?

  • @wado1942 Well I do own 12 drums, 50 cymbals, and assorted cowbells, goatbells, Greek fisherman's bells, etc. If you'd like to hear me playing a sort of drumkit then visit my website and follow links to Improvised Music.

  • @wado1942 Towards the end of the piece I use what I call Ufoms again invented and hand-made by myself late 1970s. Their angles are based on astrological angles (e.g. 72', 120', 108') and I use them for heterodyning effects, etc.

  • the sound isnt working?

  • I have not had this problem before. The first sound is around 30 seconds in - I'm not sure how long you listened for. I have just listened to it so it is possible that you had some technical problem, or youtube might have done, at the time you chose to listen. I hope that you can get to hear it one day. This first part is spacious - arising from Nada Yoga.
