US stance on Israel by-passed with new investigation

The United Nations human rights council has voted for an independent investigation into the Gaza Flotilla raid that has killed 9 people. The council voted to look into exactly what happened as the boats headed to Gaza, the resolution was passed by 32 nations voting yes. The fact finding committee will find out what kind of International laws were violated when the raid took place.

Calls for international investigations represent the usual hypocritical nonsense that will go nowhere. Its pretty fucking obvious why the IDF fired at that lynch-mob. Why not call an investigation for Turkey's role in the whole affair? Or focus on the ties between the IHH with islamist groups? What about the Free Gaza movement's refusal to dock into Ashdod? Why arent these of any concern?
