@2Baiforev i was watching a documentary a short while back about this, and the reason that the UN didnt help the Rwanda genocides was apparently because they didn't know it was happening up until a few days or so before it ended, not a good excuse i'd say
real socialist,, so he have to be evil,, yet good? alex, i know u are honest mostly, but stop acting like a brainwashed children you claim to try to enlighten. You wanna be good and also wanna be complete anti-socialist whore (like socialism=lucifer),, simply u cant be both
Why isn't he a good guy Alex, is it the way he dresses or the fact that he's proud of being a loving dictator unlike our western pretend democracies who lie about their true status ? 42 years of good education and caring for his people but some white westerners haven't the courage to express respect for him because he's an Arab. Unlike the Western leaders he is not a hypocrite, he had the balls to stand before the UN and tell them what he thought. LONG LIVE Qaddafi !
Article 5 of the NATO Treaty binds each member to join with any other member attacked by a non-member. So, which member of NATO did Kadafi attack in the period subsequent to Libya's rehabilitation? Silly me. If you want the oil, you bomb the nation into submission and afterwards force them to pay for their own rehabilitation with oil you thieve from them; dress it all up with rhetoric about freedom and democracy. Geez, Adolf, why didn't you think of that!
Where was the U.N. when the genocide was going on in Rwanda. They ran out and let all the people get killed. The same thing that happened with Serbia and what's happened with the Congo. When genocides happened in these areas the U.N didn't bother to care. But when it's oil involved all of a sudden they run and cry genocide and want to go into the country.
Excellent analysis. We used to get this sort of analysis from the left, before the rise of the old 'new' left in the 60's and 70's. I remember reading Lenin's 'Imperialism' and today its rare to get the quality of analysis on the left. I'm glad that we are all finally starting to move away from the left/right intraparadigm game. When we call the enemy 'capitalists', 'bankers', 'elites', 'bosses', 'fascists', 'communists', 'globalists', etc., we get confused. Let's not use words. Let's attack
