This is my first attempt at two things in the Thermal Cooker. The meat came out tender, the potatoes and pumking were cooked enough but the carrots were not, so next time I would do them smaller.

The damper was a small quantity, I think it suffered a bit as I hadnt heated up enough beads to quickly bring it all to the boil. Using the oven bag I think stopped also the heat so next time I wouldnt use that and I would use the lid on the small pot and the foil on the larger one.

I made some powdered gravy and did some spinach on the side.

All in all the meal was enjoyable.
