was that "Kool Vue" intake worth it? did you see any improvement? I dont want to waste my money if it didnt do anything.

@golfisfun24 the main difference was the noise. The truck sounds AMAZING now. it sounds much better in person. Just order an extra 3.5 inch coupler when you buy it because ours only came with 1 to connect the filter to the pipe. but you will need another 3.5 to connect the pipe to the throttle body. The directions suck as well, but installation is pretty straightforward if you are mechanically inclined

This intake will do the SAME EXACT thing as an AFE intake or K&N, its just not name brand.

nice! I just got the same kit for my truck and am having the same problem connecting from the intake tube to the throttle body. Where did you get the L shaped 3.5 coupler from?
