Does voice band show you what actual note your voice hits? It would be useful for taking out song chords, writing new songs etc.

VoiceBand does not indicate which note is being hit, but that's something we'll keep in mind for future updates. If you're using auto-correct, you can use the 'Test scale' feature in the 'Settings' tab to get a sense of what notes are being corrected to.

hi, I am a totally blind iPhone user; I have voiceover activated, now voiceband works well with voiceover
i did not understand the last part of demo: how did you make it the chorus effect, like there were 2 voices singing? which instrument is it? and then: how did you make it work with speakers and not headphones? or you recorded it anyway else?

While it can sound like a chorus, you're exactly right in that you would just double the vocal track with a second recording; it's a common technique in recording. And speakers wouldn't work very well when recording with Voice Band (or any other kind of recorder), as feedback would be an issue. You might be able to use speakers if the volume was kept low enough to not get picked up by the mic.

you cant get more record than 30 seconds

The only thing that limits the time Voice Band will record a song is the amount of free disk space on your phone! You likely need to delete some items in order to free up space for longer recordings.
