well you have to have a movie making program. if your computer runs on windows you probably have windows movie maker already on your computer... i dont know if macs come with a basic one. or you could buy a program like sony vegas....then you need clips. you could go to fan sites for those.

Melissaeverlastings video was with JUST Billy Ray This one is with Billy Ray and MILEY both so I dont see what the big fuss is about there is a difference!!! and the clips are not totally the same either.
