@ApollosInsight No it's fine, I've just been thinking about the whole women/aging subject thing for ages. I have my own opinion of it but realise how many others think of it and how it affects women, their life ect. it's not just aging too.. i mean it does show how much worth is put on.. well ive said that. I do, and always will, take notice of others thoughts and opinions - doesn't mean I will agree on it and probably will get affected by it if i feel strongly about it.. is that bad? sorry

if you are a woman and ugly, you are pretty much fucked. if you are beautiful, you are fucked because of age.. oh how men will say the comments like 'how she must she feel about must having so much control over men, getting attention, being loved then aging and not having such thing.. and now old and ugly. worthless obviously" well something like that. and i've HEARD people saying stuff like that

but i find that whole subject about women and aging really depressing, I'm only 17 already scared about aging. i dont even care about being found attractive, it's just peoples attitude towards it. so much worth is put on a womans beauty/like we are only here to sit back and look beautiful, if you are not beautiful? wel...

@ApollosInsight riiight. wrong men indeed..? but I think most men put so much worth on womans beauty/youth thats why theres a lot of 'jokes' about women aging, obviously women who are not young and beautiful anymore are worthless/and im sure some, if not most, feel that why cause of other people only caring/liking them for their looks. as you said 'arent dateable anymore' meaning cause they dont look as good men dont 'want' them, superficial.. no?

@Waterfallbabe15 It's a metaphor that Tom Leykis used to describe the differences between the sexes in their lifetimes. He was referring to how women who pursue the wrong men for a relationship and later on aren't datable anymore whereas men will always have a selection of dates. Since this guy was talking about aging, the subject rang a bell in my mind about this quote and I just thought it was funny to post.
