Vancouver Flash Mob | Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics

Ever heard of Flashmob? Basically its this fun little event that people do where a whole wack of people gather in one space and do something special. Pillow fights, water wars, or whatever else floats their boats.

Dancing is probably the most popular Flashmob activity though, and there are some real beauties out there on the olYoutube if you dig around. Today in Vancouver, Robson Street between Thurlow and Bute were shut down as Vancouver gave the Flashmob thing a crack. And this was the result:

While this may be a mob dancing, it is certainly not a flash mob! A flash mob is a large group of people who ASSEMBLE SUDDENLY in a public place, then QUICKY DISPERSE. Nice effort though. Oh, and next time before you participate; learn the choreography!
