Ed Parker's American Kenpo - Purple Belt Techniques - Snapping Twig. Instructed by Casa De Kenpo which includes Professors Cliff Seminerio and Juan Serrano. These videos are available as a quick reference/resource for students, especially those interested in learning them by the book. This is our attempt at a honest display of Ed Parker's American Kenpo

  • @denarep oooops, "call it 'garbage' to their face.

  • @LardInATubeSock I know you left this comment 9 mos ago, but consider this:

The techniques alone are not to meant to be your saving grace, especially at Purple Belt (remember, there are Blue, Green and Brown x3 before you even see a Black belt). Instead, all of the techniques combined only reprogram your mind and body and once you dig deeper into the art you learn that there are no "techniques", only movements. You wanna test it's effectiveness? Call it "garbage" in to face...

  • These videos are great..I am studying American Kenpo under Tom Lavarco in Long Island and I always use your videos as a reference. Funny thing though, watch this technique that Joe Palanzo does on YOUTUBE and read the posts people write..I find it amusing reading some of these posts from people with obviiously no knoweldge of martial arts..GOOD JOB

  • I was in prison and had to fight for my life a few times, none of this garbage will work against REAL self-defense attacks from criminals. Perhaps in a drunken bar fight but not against the guys I saw.
