@zskyhawk ya know what the problem with people, or humanity is? That we don't just man up and say that word a bit more often. That we can't just take a nice one on the chin, and apologise on behalf of others. And you'll see that the person you apologise to gets so taken aback by the fact you've apologised at all that they turn around and say "ya know what, I'm going to stop being so complacent and just get on with it" and that's the point of saying sorry here.
