Dr. Starnes was my surgeon 11 years ago; my cardiologist referred me to him as I had congenital heart problems as a kid & needed another surgery similar to the one I had when I was 4 that required someone who was a specialist with pediatric cardiac cases. This man is a Godsend to anyone with specialized needs concerning cardiothoracic surgeries. He's truly a genius. My cardiologist told me that everyone said this guy practically walks on water---she was right. Thank you SO much, Dr. Starnes! ♥

USC School of Dentistry is not the best place to get treatment!
