Haiti Hospital Trip - Jacmel, HAITI - Medicine in Haiti

Dan and Justin follow a family as they bring their father to a hospital in Jacmel, Haiti. Dan, a currently in medical school in the united states, describes the situation that we found on the ground. Dan spent some time at the hospital Zanmi Lasante which was started by Paul Farmer and Partners in Health - the hospital shown here is a separate hospital that is presumably run by government.

Is it ok for me to ask you how you learned the creole language?

Dan learned Creole by moving there. I think it took him a couple of months to actually be speaking it. The Creole he is speaking in this video is after about 7 or 8 months of being there and practicing.

i speak Creole and spanish so it was't really hard so i went to demincan repubulic so it's very beautiful and fun i feel sorry for what heppend in haiti.
