1. Each person has been born naturally into the family of Adam, has inherited Adams sinful nature of rebellion against God, and is dead to spiritual understanding (Romans 3:23; 5:12).

2. Each person must be born again of a spiritual nature to become a child of God and to be saved from eternal spiritual death which is an everlasting punishment in hell and separation from the righteous God of creation (John 3:3, 36; Romans 6:23; Matthew 25:46; Matthew 25:41; II Thessalonians 1:7-9; Revelation 21:8.

3. No one can do any good works that merit salvation from Gods righteous judgment and an everlasting punishment in hell (Ephesians 2:8-9; Isaiah 64:6; Titus 3:5).

4. Salvation is not limited to one special race or nationality. Jesus Christ loves sinners and suffered a horrible atoning death that propitiates (satisfies) the justice of God and reconciles to God all who shall ever believe in Christ (Romans 5:6-11; John 3:16; See also Isaiah 53:6; Hebrews 2:9).

5. Only those who repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved from Gods righteous judgment and an everlasting punishment in hell.

REPENT: Repentance is acknowledging your sinful nature, being sorry for your sin, and looking to God for mercy, forgiveness and satisfaction (propitiation) of Gods judgment by cleansing through the blood of his Son, Jesus Christ (Acts 17:30-31; Romans 3:24-25; Acts 3:19; Luke 13:3,5; II Corinthians 7:9-10.

BELIEVE (have faith): To believe and have saving faith is to have complete confidence with total trust and commitment in Jesus Christ to deliver you from the penalty and power of sin, and to keep you from going to Hell and to take you to Heaven. To be saved means to be eternally safe and secure in Christ (Acts 16:30-31; John 3:18; Acts 10:43).

REPENTANCE and FAITH are simultaneous graces of God. To repent and believe, you do not merely confess that you have sinned, but that you are a sinner. Do not ask God for justice, but ask God for mercy. Believe on Jesus, not just about Him. Do not pray, Lord, help me to be strong, but pray, Lord, be my strength. Do not pray, Lord, show me the way, but pray, Lord, take me to Heaven. Do not pray, Lord, help me to live, but pray, Lord, be my life. Do not pray, Lord, help me to be good, but pray, Lord, be my righteousness. (John 14:6; Galatians 2:20).

6. In salvation, God delivered the believer from the PENALTY of sin, does continue to deliver the believer from the POWER of sin, and will yet deliver the believer from the PRESENCE of sin.

In so great salvation, the believer becomes a Christian (follower of Christ) "But we had the sentence of death in ourselves that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead; Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver; in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us (II Corinthians 1:9-10). "How shall we escape if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;" (Hebrews 2:3).

  • You did a great job of this video.

  • @NickBarela All salvation scriptures fall under God's plan of salvation, Acts 2:38. This is the way God started the church n added to it. The Jews, Gentiles n Samaritans all came the same way Even Paul. Acts 2:42, Ephesians 2:20 tells us to follow the apostles teachings.
