  • hey one more question: if i run the same se-up can i control for both tables or only one???

  • As far as your first question, Just set the CDJ up like you would normally do it by pressing the USB button and then select left or right. Once you do that just switch to relative mode in Serato. Serato will recognize it as only a controller at that point. At this point you can switch between relative and internal mode.

Your second question... I only tried it one deck at a time and I'm pretty sure it will onl work on one deck. Only way would be turn off and resassign it to the other deck.

  • I only use the usb. The vid was done to show you can still use the CDJ as a fancy midi controller, but most of the time I use the CDJ in internal mode, but in the vid it was in relative mode.

  • I've been thinking about buying the CDJ400s, as of now I have 2 1200s and ttm57sl. So, are you using the control CDs in the cdj? or is it just hooked up to your PC through USB?
