  • @AngerDango That's what the laws say, but recent cases have demonstrated the police want that removed from our rights (Ian Thomson, who shot AT 3 men throwing Molotov Cocktails at his house. David Chen who restrained a shoplifter and called police) They consider it "vigilantism" and "taking the law into our own hands"

Regardless, I would rather be judged by 12 of my peers than carried by 6 of my friends

  • @308Sharpie reasonable force my ass, u cant even throw a punch at someone unless they are actuly trying to kill you. the only real thing u can do is try to pin them down untill police arrive. police here are useless waste of tax money.

  • @AngerDango We do, legally anyways. Effectively, we don't.

Legally we can use "reasonable force" to protect ourselves and property.

  • that's fucked up shit, what are people supposed to do just sit back while criminals do what they want??

  • It has been a sad truth for several decades that Criminals have more Rights than their Victims.

  • criminals are protected from pesky home owners.

  • we need something like the US castle law here in Canada.

  • Fucking corrupt justice system, how pathetic.

  • This happened in the Communist part of Canada?

  • @markhansel1 MIKe6291 channel has been shut down by RCMP putting pressure on cbc
