Separate pill are also good because you can split them up. I take 5 mg Amlodipine at night and 20 mg Lisinopril in the morning. I get my bp checked on 6/1, and if it's high, I'll have them up the Lisinopril to 30 or 40 mg. I tried 10 mg Amlodipine and it zombied me out and put on water weight, giving me cankles and feet like The Incredible Hulk. At 5 mg, it's cool. Also, with ACE inhibitors, I've heard that the higher the dose, less throat irritation and cough you'll have.

Wow medications are expensive. im glad i get my for free. i even get travel pay about 8 bucks.
