couple years ago my 50 size nitro create some vortex over snow,it got in to my receiver, the whole helicopter went crazy took off by it self and smash the snow

Dude you've got a set to try that. I'd say the tail blades would be fine...but get the electronics in the water, and you're toast. Is your rx not mounted on the bottom? I'd say there's a good risk of it getting splashed. On another note, those ducks think the world is coming to an end.

@pi3k - Everything is mounted in its stock position. Any deeper and the water may have messed with the electronics, especially the RF.

@gpasi420 - The tail rotor blades and supporting drive train hardware of a real helicopter would never handle the strain. You'd be going in.
