This explanation is in lieu of having a copy of Microsoft Project on my home computer. It looks at a Gantt Chart which you could get by applying to http://www.monkeybreadsoftware.de/realbasic/chartdirector/images and explains what is being done on the programme.
If you wanted to go to Microsoft Project which is available in most uni computer rooms and attempt to create a Gantt Chart using the subjects of the course as the subjects down the Left Hand side of the Project. Then you would be able to set up times, in terms of 5-day periods.
You could see the subjects in this Chart and then see each of these subjects in terms of bars and time.

  • yeah.... this would be more useful if it were how to make it... not just how to read one?

  • @xxSxBxx i will get to it during the week. I am working at the moment and preparing lectures.

  • I thought it was going to be about how to make one, but it turned out to be about how to read one. I'm trying to make a graph to show different people's availability in a week, so at a glance, I could see where people's availability overlap, and hopefully use it as a template for any future groups of people with the same goal.

  • @JJtoob I will look at this during the week and come up with how to make one. it is so long since i made this i am not sure why i didnt just make one. Best wishes Jack

i left it really last minute lol, like all first year uni students aut to.

  • @kman93553 Thanks for your kind words - they are a great encouragement. Best wishes JackB
