We *sometimes* are privileged in straight situations; but most often we are etiher treated as a sexual fetish (which ISN'T nice at all, it's actually rather creepy) or as "traitors" or "just" as "faggots/dykes", or we are just told that we are "confused", etc. In any of these situations we are NOT taken seriously BOTH by gay and straight people.
Being bisexual isn't easier than being gay. Actually, the opposite might be true.

2. You don't HAVE to have both to be bi, expecially not at the same time (that means you're POLYamorous; or cheating), you simply have the POSSIBILITY. If you are straight or gay, you do NOT have the possibility to fall in love with a person of any gender, you have the possibility of falling in love with the person of your preferred gender. That's the difference.

1.Bisexual people aren't against finding "one true love in your life". Some of us are (but some gay and straight people are like that, too), some of us just are not sure if this person will be male or female.

I just wanted to raise my hand and say "then what the f*** am I, dude?"
I think there IS a sense of being "privileged" when it comes to being bisexuality, but all I can say is that I didn't CHOOSE to be bisexual. If I could, I would just pick one side, but what has taken me awhile to realize is that I can't. I fall in love with people. Gender or gender identity doesn't matter.
