Just found your vid - my rear passenger window sounds like the regulator is going out...just ordered the part on eBay for $21.40 and free shipping. Should be here by mid next week and I'll tear into it. I really appreciate the instructions...will let you know in a few days how it went! Thanks again...:)

Great video. The only thing I would add is that if the regulator is too damaged (warped cables, broken plastic), you're better off buying the whole assembly for like $60 or so. On my BMW there was no 8mm screw holding the glass, it was a clip that needs to be pushed to detach the regulator assembly from the glass.
