I read today on TubeMogul that within the first 10 seconds of a video, 10.39% of viewers are gone. Within the first 30 seconds, 33.84% of viewers are gone. By the 1 minute mark, 53.56% of viewers are gone and that by 2 minute mark of a video, 76.29% of viewers are gone. If true, very few people will actually make it to the end of this brilliant speech.  I just finished reading "Crush It." Gary is genius when it comes to success. You want it? Drop the excuses, get off your ass and get it.

Gary, if you can read this, I just wanted to say that I didn't believe you in your talks in 2011, where you said you were "getting better" at not cursing, (some guy gave you totals at the mic). But now I agree with you. Here are THIS talk's totals:

Gary I think that to buy the Yankees or whatever, you'll need to work on your language. Instead of "dickhead" half of the time use "asshole", instead of "fuck" use "oh man", "shit" == "stuff". Think synonyms.
