The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival celebrates its Tenth Anniversary with one of its Signature Events, The Heritage Living History, which features an art exhibit!

We are pleased to present the Selected Works of Ernie Barnes, an exhibit featuring some of the popular artists paintings. An athlete-turned-artist, Ernie Barnes earned a reputation for capturing the energy, movement and spirit of sports and life in his work. His most famous painting, the 1971 Sugar Shack dance scene appeared on Good Times television Show as well as the Marvin Gaye album, I Want You.
