this book series touched a generation in the 90's. it was very popular and a great series for young girls. it's great that the television series was so faithful. the show was well done for the most part, especially considering the time and budget it was alloted to do so. even though it was only 11 episodes, it was still a huge show that the young demographic of the books latched onto. the theme song is one of the best parts. it's very catchy and memorable. in the end,it taught great life lessons

Christopher owned a pitiful amount of books. Am not impressed with his parents.

@cchllover Please do not get upset. We all come from our mothers swallowing a watermelon seed. Some are big and green and some are yellow with spots and great big ones and itty bitty ones. The inside is always sweet and juicy!
