Filmed in the Canyon Country area of Santa Clarita on what I think was a Tuesday. Sorry the first clip cut short, my camera died. Thankfully we have a charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter and charges the camera so I was able to get footage of the other trucks in the hills.

As you can see the end there collecting on the main road through this area so traffic is a serious issue. People pass the trucks on blind corners a lot.... Im sure accidents heres arent uncommon. On second thought, this would be a great video to post the "Slow down to get around" sign at the end of the video. All these clips were on main roads which wind through the mountains with many impatient drivers. Filming here is really tough for that same reason so I hope you enjoyed the footage I was able to get.

Again, sorry about the first clip cutting short.

The truck for horse manure also collects greenwaste in the same load so I missed 5 carts from that line plus the 3 greenwaste carts at the beginning of that line too. My guess for the seperate carts is so they dont fill a 90 gal all the way up and make it too heavy to be emptied.

Thanks to all the drivers and all of you who watch my videos and actually read my descriptions :D You guys are the ones who keep me going!

  • nice vid, is horse manure commonly mixed in with yard waste?or do they normally do seperate pick ups?

  • @WMmaster626 dont know I've never seen any other horse manure collection before.

  • Beautiful settings in this video. I love the rural shot at the start with that massive line of bins - also if I understand correctly, those larger black carts were full of horse shit? lol The start of the 3rd and 4th clip was sweet with the hilly and windy approach. Sweet footage, nice sounding machines too. Recently I also got one of those chargers which you can plug into the ciggy lighter - yet to put it into practice though.

  • @MitchellM15 actually, the massive line of brown carts at the beginning are full of horse shit. The larger ones are dark green and for standard greenwaste. I really like this area but filming is very tough here, homes are miles apart and the other area where the windy road is to dangerous to find parking spots and such to film more of unfortunately
