considerable chunk of the sites traffic. This would cost YT advertiser support. If they ISP banned and and say 400,000 people have the same ISP and are on the same server as you then thats lost traffic and thus lost income. So just keep making accounts and uploading your videos. They will not do a thing. I could be wrong. But I have harassed several free sites going on this idea. They never IP or even ISP banned me. LOL

Also youtube will never permanently ban anyone from the site at all. Why? Because YT relies on traffic, web traffic. See YT gets advertiser support. Companies give YT money to advertise on their site. Now YT has to keep up huge number of web traffic. That means individuals visiting and signing up for the service. The only way they can permanently get rid of you is through IP bans, whic can be gotten around, and ISP bans. Which they will not do because ISP bans run the risk-

The idea that they may be related is actually much funnier than if they were the same person. Imagine the fun at family reunions.
"Boys, Uncle Richard did not come all the way from Boca to listen to you two bickering over the viability of 'The Protocols' -now fix your tie and behave!"
