http://www.makeraw.com | This was a quick meal to prepare. One whole ear of corn, 1 brussel sprout sliced thinly, red cabbage diced and topped with some goat cheese. The saltyness of the goat cheese balances out the sweet corn. Then on the side I had a small portion of sprouted buckwheat. Sprouting buckwheat takes a couple of days so be sure to google it before you attempt. To top it all off I had left over rosemary almond, flax crackers. You can substitute the crackers with toasted brown rice bread or your favorite bread. It's just nice to have something crispy or crunchy to eat.

  • @crosspecans lol! the car might work...it's getting hot out there. I have the 9 tray Excalibur.....no need for such a big one. The 5 tray is sufficient.
