For someone that claims to only print facts and truth sure isn't too bright, you also attacked Eric Morgan above for no reason, it's been me the whole time. The Community Gaming Development Corporation (CGDC) has refused to give us a copy of the complaint made against our organization. Also, the CGDC board has not yet met to discuss the issue so there are no minutes to review. It's clear that the Gaming board did not follow the required process for suspending a lottery/bingo license (as stated in By-law 185-2000).

The three people who made a delegation to Council on behalf of the FOCB were terrific (Bob Lund, Jerry Pequeen, and Paul Lewis). The mayor tried to cut them off as soon as they mentioned their concern about the letter FOCB received from Russ Wilson saying our organization can no longer use lottery/bingo funds. However, our guys did not allow themselves to be bullied by the mayor.

Your attempts to attack the mayor and twist the truth are laughable and only those with the lack of intelligence to understand will fall for it. We tell people the truth and then do what you don't and we tell them where to look for them selves. Your FOCB rep assaulted the editor of the times. Read today's paper. I was sitting next to him when it happened. So take your BS lying ass back to the boarded up cottage you crawled out of and let Fort Erie get on with business.

The mayor cut them off because it was not a matter for council. They wasted 40 minutes of tax payers time. Bull shit, if you are really in the know they you know damn well they gave them a letter that explains it. What they want is a chance to twist it and spin. Truth is they got caught and if I am not mistaken, it is a criminal offence. You would also know if the OPP are involved or not. Good luck with all your spin doctoring. You guys done screwed the pooch on this one.

The Lottery Licensing Policy Manual of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario states that "political lobby groups and those attempting to persuade the public to adopt a particular view on a political issue" are not eligible to operate bingos. Hence, Friends of Crystal Beach are out.
