This is a training regiment for 400 meter training. Focus is on power speed. Particulars are distances less than 100 meters, duration 10 secs or less. Rest periods long enough to restore CP levels.Emphasis on driving legs, pumping the arms, and relaxing upper body as much as possible. This is intended to be an anaerobic exercise. Since central nervous system is stimulated due to track workouts, strength workouts should be done directly following power and speed training. Comments and suggestions are welcomed.
