proRM 2011 is a Business Solutions for Sales, Resource and Project Management. It was designed to fully integrate and complements with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to the state of the art business solution. CRM clients have the benefit of essential extended features to the core usability of CRM, such as Contract Management, Contract Condition Management, Quote Configuration and Quote Management. Moreover, proRM delivers professional project administration capabilities enabling assistance in all stages of a project. It is aimed to eliminate any project deviations, starting with sales through project strategy planning down to invoicing. The solution delivers 100% clarity in terms of project forecast and project cycle control.
proRM 2011 integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 covers all phases of the business processes within a single product, without any delays and any media disruption. proRM gives an overview on status, cost and production at any stage of business processes.
As part of project accounting proRM provides significant advantages regarding time saving while configuring and finishing quotes for the projects. Additionally the responsible project managers have a higher accuracy in the effort estimation and price calculation.
The responsible project managers are able to control workforce management efficiently. Customers confirm a tremendous growth of capacity utilization from 65% to 80% per employee. Therefore the revenue per employee also grows about 15%, whereas the costs are nearly stable. Cross and up-selling revenue rises between 80% and 110%. proRM together with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 combines all business related activities and therefore gives the business 100% clarity in terms of project forecast and project cycle control. This has been confirmed by several customers. The number of closed deals rises up to 30% and the sales cycles reduces from first contact to the closed deal by 55% for most of our customers.

The complete program code is based on Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. By using Silverlight we created a highly integrated and user-friendly application that is accessible via an efficient user interface. The connection to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 was based on Windows Communication Foundation and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 SDK.
To perform data exchange with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics AX we use e.g. Microsoft BizTalk Server.
We use Microsoft Team Foundation Server in connection with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Project Server for the Project Management and Release Management areas. We also use Microsoft Office Visio to model business processes and to plan and to design software development processes.

We regularly take part in the independent customer satisfaction surveys offered by the Microsoft Partner Network, with successful results. In regards to individual evaluations, we achieved a ranking of 100% on each of the categories "satisfaction", "recommend" und "buy again". Our loyalty index achieved 100% and our competitive edge 96%. With this CSAT Survey we easily fulfill the requirements for Microsoft Gold CRM and ISV competency and the CfMD CRM 2011 certification.
