J.S. Bach two-part invention #15 in B-min. Z.o.o. guitar duo experiments with playing these pieces on octave guitar and bass guitar. Instruments made by Graham Caldersmith, owned by the Nationaal Muziekinstrumenten Fonds (Holland) on permanent loan to Stichting Gitaarorkest Nederland. Rehearsal film from 30.07.09

  • @jeffsolis Thanks! Yes we're working on a CD of the complete inventions, but then on requinto/baritone guitars and not octave/bass like you see here. We'll be posting a film soon made during the first recording session...

  • Awesome instrumentation choice! Both sound superb. It is not easy to make an acoustic bass guitar sound the lowest notes efficiently and still be of a manageable size but this one does it great! Muito bom!
