I loved this song so much when i first heard it. It's quite sad but so beautiful at the same time =)

It's originally played on the piano and Clint Mansell wrote it for the movie The fountain.

This is my own version, tell me what you think about it!
The tuning is D G D G B E

Thanks for watching ;)

  • @sahilmashah me too! ...no i'm sorry, i don't have them

  • Beautiful.

I find the guitar to be more of an "emotional" instrument as opposed to the Piano

  • @littleritchie Yea that's one of the reasons i love guitars so much ;)

The guitar is a "laymans' play thing"? I love how you attempt to assign class to an instrument. Music is an art, and as such, it is something that is experienced and felt; not something to be categorized in terms of wealth or social standing.

I have heard Barber's work and Beethoven is one of my favorites. The guitar is still an emotional instrument.

    I play the harp btw.

  • @littleritchie People probably been trying to convince you otherwise for the past 5 months haha. I'm not trying to do that, and regardless of your sentiments I suggest you check out Ludovico Einaudi. Start with I Giorni.

  • @CommandantWoags Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and that, is my opinion. I've heard Samuel Barber, I still think the guitar is more of an emotional piece.

  • @littleritchie I actually made an account to comment on the audacity of your comment, something you should be proud of. No, I completely disagree, no offence to the musician, though the guitar takes some skill, it’s simply a layman’s play thing. Real emotion? You clearly haven’t heard Samuel Barber, YannTiersen or something such as the Moonlight Sonata.

  • @luxmanuel1987 I can never listen to this full song, every time I try I fall into a daydream daze or asking myself "What if". An immense power coming from this song
