Wireless guitar existed in the 70's. I saw AC/DC in 1977 and Angus Young used one.

Yes, 1975 was when Kiss Alive came out. The first time I saw them was in 1988 in Sacramento, where I live now but not then, on their Crazy Nights tour. Anthrax was the opening act. Anthrax was OK. I've seen Kiss in 1988, 1990, 1992, 1993 (meet and greet for Konfidential video), 1996 and 2000 (2x), w/, as you know, the later two years being in make-up. And been blessed to photograph their '96 and second show in 2000.

There's no doubt in my mind they are an awesome band. I've been a fan since 1977. So 35 years. Best line-up was the original, second best was Paul, Gene, Bruce and Eric S., third was the same trio and Eric C. and fourth best is P and G w/ Tommy and Eric S.

I think wireless came out in the early 1980s. In fact I think Kiss was using it during the Animalize Tour in 1984-85. But as you can tell from the sound, the guys lip synced (sp); there's no way the sound of DTR from the record sounds like them in this footage.
