If prostitution was legal, then underage girls would not be performing it and it would be properly regulated. THIS IS THE FAULT OF THOSE WHO HAVE MADE A FUNCTION OF THE HUMAN BODY ILLEGAL!

I have heard many child prostitute in cambodia came from viet nam...their parent sold them for a couple hundred dollar....I am also a vietnamese.
