No one has to be unhealthy. Where I play, people are not eating fast food to get big (cause they have enough intelligence to know that will only make them fat and "unhealthy") so they work out. And most linemen aren't even concerned about getting big, but getting BETTER. They understand that skill and technique will also benefit them, along with EXPLOSIVENESS and strength. I've seen 170 lb. guys destroy 250lb ones 1-on-1. And these same guys would be couch potatoes without football.

Hey maybe he's just trying to get ALL of his opinion out. And why give rugby a try when this video is about how dangerous football is? Are you saying rugby is an alternative to football since its less dangerous? Cause its more dangerous in case you didn't know.

Cheerleading is more "unhealthy". Medical reports prove that too. Scooby makes it seem that football doesn't have a place for everyone, regardless of desire to hit or size. Scooby makes it seem that ONLY big and strong have a place in football. Which is absolutely false. Every receiver, quarterback, kicker, and cornerback proves that. Sure, you could say football is dangerous. But more dangerous than cheerleading? No. Rugby? No. Motorcycle racing? No. Its not as bad as scooby makes it out to be.

not only that, scooby, but football is at the heart of dumbing ppl down with the corporatocracy that surrounds the game...beer, sex, chili dogs, mainstream music, advetisements, beer, beer.

Those were the only numbers I'd measured before and after due to the curiosity of my friend (likes those body parts best I guess)
During this time I went from about 215/218 to 234/235 while losing an inch off of my waist and about 2% body fat. Three months and those numbers, you're the expert tell me what happened to produce that.

from what i heard, 12 million americans play football and 13 million skateboard. bicycling and running are both excellent choices for exercise.
