A side by side comparison of some of the differences between working in RGB mode vs CMYK mode in Photoshop mainly focusing on the Hue/Saturation adjustments of color. Visit reMINDblog.com for more information on working in Photoshop to color a graphic novel.
Basically if you are making something for Print: CMYK, if its for a screen then RGB.
I would make everything in CMYK and covert to RGB, the reason is that RGB has colours that CMYK can't mix and if you are ever printing a picture some colours just won't show.
Red Green Blue are the effective way of mixing on screen and Cyan Magenta Yellow and Black are the colours for the ink.

why did you record yourself saying "CEMYK" and repeat that over and over?

Take a class in basic graphic arts/printing and these differences aren't such a mystery.

Very interesting, so much easier to understand the differences through a demonstration like this, rather than reading articles on the net.
