@Cobac I'm not entirely sure what you are getting at but are you basically saying we don't know what will happen but it won't matter since we won't be alive?
I agree there's no point in worrying unnecessarily or arguing what will happen, but I think it is smart to plan for future generations and what possibilities may come. The world is in a messed up state today (pollution, overpopulation, uneven distribution of wealth) because our ancestors were short-sighted. But thats just my opinion.
