I'm finding it very hard drawing the ovals and making them all the same size, is there a trick to it?

I love this video, it helps me alot with the difference between a women and males body shape. I also love the fact that you made sections of it in the basics ovals and circles and rectangles, it makes it easier to draw and easier to make into a different pose if needed. Thanks so much, this helps tons!
