Firstly I'm 14 and know about Kryptonian solar charging capabilities. Secondly Superman is not actually made of steel. As Sheldon said he gets his powers from the Earth's yellow sun which means he is completely human-like on Krypton and has the same skin (roughly) as humans. He also has an aura around him that stops him from getting hurt while flying and running at superspeed, this is also what keeps others safe when he carries them in superspeed. Lois was engulfed in this force field and saved.

I love it how nobody noticed that sheldon said superman swooshed down. That is false he flies up from the revolving doors to save her because he was there at the bottom watching her.

Light is radiation. Gamma for example (Well known form of radiation) Is in the electromagnetic spectrum which contains everything from Radio waves (Often misconstrued as sound/longitudinal waves for the purpose it serves in society) to visible light to U.V light (From The Sun, which I assume is what Superman gets his powers from?) Also the moon reflects this light/radiation from The Sun, to the Earth, hence it's glow.

There are some difference like autistic people mostly can''t talk, but Asperger's talk early or late.

Well, show creators say Sheldon is not autistic or Asperger's but personally think it's seems obvious he is an Aspie.

Another point where sheldon is actually wrong..... Superman is NOT made out of steel and alot of people get this conception wrong . The "man of steel" is only a figure of speech he is actually skin and flesh just a hell of alot more dense!! So yes i agree silly sheldon
