  • Don't let your arms completely extend.

    If you keep it in, you'll get faster spins and a great center of balance.

  • nice moves im just learning the firestaff myself but i have been an avid martial artist for years and do a lot of basic moves with my flame just for warmups and such. id love to see you do it in the middle of the night when the flames can show there true potential
