There are few places on Earth that look the same as they did 2,000 years ago, but this is the case with the only inland temperate rainforest in the world, located just an hour east of Prince George.
While this Ancient Forest has sat undisturbed for almost 2,000 years, community groups, along with university researchers, are worried the site and its interpretive trail could be threatened by logging at any time.
However, an upcoming government decision could stop any proposed future logging in the area.
