Here is a short video I filmed with my friends Mike Jett and Wendy Wormal sharing their incredible 10 minute home work out. Mike and Wendy are the owners of Pure Fitness in Louisville KY. This is a work out they suggest for folks to do at home or when on the road... or just about any time you can't make it into the gym for a class or a training session. I can tell you from experience this series gets it done. Here's the instructions:
Complete with stopping:
20 squats
20 push-ups
20 jumping jacks
20 alternating lunges (10 for each leg)
20 mountain climbers (10 for each leg)
10 squat thrusts
Rest for 30 seconds
Repeat cycle. Continue until 10 minutes are up. That's it!
A fast and fun way to work out where ever you are. Be sure and check with your doctor before starting any work out plan. Also consider adding a pair of dumbbells or a kettle bell for the squats and lunges to kick it up a notch. Or throw in 20 squat jumps if you are really feeling adventurous. My record is 3 times through. Mike can rip through it 4 times. What's your score?
