what you should try is this. Go to whever (Guitar Center, Sam Ash) and get the Evans Sound Percussion snare strainers. and then good batter head choice also get the Evans Hazy 300 bottom resonant head. It is worth the money and your snare drum will make you so happy. Highly recommended. Probably $30 or so and you'll have a way better sounding snare drum.

I tried tunning my and fucked it up anyway i can fix them?

i have ocd so what i do is i take all of them out then put them facing the centre then screw them all up by 1 till i get to the right sound. am i crazy?
