I took advantage of the first nice day here in Butte, MT to have some fun! The camera was simply stuck on the kite string with masking tape. The large green line you see is weed-eater line I found and used as a failsafe so my camera wouldn't all if the little bit of masking tape broke (didn't need it). I know it gets in the way, sorry, I'll use fishing line next time (I brought some, but I lost it on the way there).

i did the same thing but i was flying the kite and i let it go really high but then my camera fell of and smashed to pieces on the ground, and then i bought a gopro and i am never going to do that again

@rcracing100 was it this same camera? I don't think I could throw this thing at the ground (grass) hard enough to break it, but like I said in the description, I had a security line tied to the camera, the string, and the kite, to catch the camera if the tape broke....now if the string broke, that'd be some interesting footage.

no it was a bigger camera, abut i had it strapped on a massive kite, and i didn't have a safety rope and miny fell on the road
